Our yoga classes offer you a sanctuary to be with yourself exactly how you are - no need to change or fix anything. Your teacher Morven specialises in Mindfulness and restorative practices to nurture physical and mental wellbeing. 

Join us for our weekly community singing circle We Have Voices, or our monthly women's circle Women Have Voices. Our sound immersion takes place monthly. 

Pre-booking is essential. Please check you are booking into the right online/ in-person option!

All genders, colours, ages and abilities are welcome in our yoga classes and singing circles. We aim to be inclusive and offer a yoga space and a yoga practice that make you feel safe and comfortable.

One to One Yoga

Whether you wish to build your confidence to join a group class, advance your existing yoga practice, manage stress or recover from illness or injury, having a one to one session with an experienced teacher can really help.

    The reading list will be provided upon registration.
  • 1. What are the course dates?

  • 6. Do you offer bursaries or scholarships?
    Limited bursaries are available for eligible candidates.
  • 5. Can I pay in installments?
    Yes, flexible payment plans are offered over a period of up to 24 months.
  • 3. Who are the course tutors?

  • 7. Is this course accredited?
    Yes, our program is accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
  • 4. How much does it cost?
    The full course fee is £2950. Early bird discounts are available.

    Allocate 3–5 hours per week for reading, practice, and assignments.
